I am a CA State Certified Massage Therapist who has been successfully practicing massage therapy and bodywork within Sacramento and surrounding areas since 2005, during which time I have enjoyed providing much needed stress relief and a personalized massage therapy experience to Sacramento area residents and business professionals.

My education includes a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento as well as the following accreditations, experience and knowledge in the field of massage therapy: Graduate of The Body Institute of Granite Bay, CA (2005) - approved by the State of California Bureau of Private Postsecondary Vocational Education. As a post-graduate, I was recognized for exceptional skills, and received an opportunity to demonstrate my techniques and ability for KQCA's morning news program. I have studied massage modalities with local area experts who include Reflexology (Patricia Casey), Sports Massage (Rachel Lawerence), Deep Tissue (Ken Ross), and Advanced Orthopedic Massage (James E. Waslaski). Additionally, I am fully trained in Swedish massage, Shiatsu, Lymphatic, Stone Therapy, Trigger point, and Body wraps. I have also received specialized training in Thai massage from Eddie Chong, one of the last "closed door" students of Pan Nam, one of only a few great teachers to retain the lost treasure of Shaolin training.

I combine the love of the healing arts with a background of various martial arts disciplines which help bring the energy of mind and body into focus for direct and soothing pressure. I currently hold a black belt in Bok Fu (White Tiger style) and is continuing her study of the ancient Chinese art of Chi Kung. I have provided professional massage services to several upscale Spa and Massage Therapy establishments such as Dolce Vita Day Spa (Granite Bay); Skintopia Day Spa (Folsom) and Lincoln Day Spa (Lincoln). Since 2006, I have lent massage support to the American Cancer Society's annual "relay for life" events as well as the Pink Ribbon breast cancer support events. I have also volunteered massage services to benefit the Tour de Lincoln bicycle marathon.
